Beachbody has launched yet another amazing program! & it is not your regular workout, It is a bootcamp style workout! I

t all started with 45 minute to an hour long programs like Insanity and P90X, then Beachbody shortened their next program to 30 minutes with 21 Day Fix, made it even shorter with T25 and NOW... in just 22 minutes you can get some seriously rocking results with Tony Horton and ME as your coach!

YES you can!  This program is all about focusing on the workout, pushing yourself to your max, dialing in your nutrition and following the plan to the T! Granted, the most important part, in my opinion, is having support and accountability from your Team Beachbody Coach {ME} and the rest of the like minded challengers in the group.  There is something comforting from knowing that you are not the only one out there struggling, having a bad day, or a slip up with your nutrition.  It's know to know that we are all in this together!  

If you want to get lean and stronger then this is for you!  As always, no matter what your ability level is you can modify to make the program a success for you.  You can do anything that you put your mind too.




So What IS 22 Minute Hard Corps?

22 MINUTE HARD CORPS is a no-nonsense boot camp style workout program designed to get you epic results in 8 weeks.

Each workout is a quick and intense total body drill designed to get you "boot camp fit." Super Trainer Tony Horton created this routine with basic, simple PT moves that anyone can do. Each day of the program consists of a series of total body rounds within the 22 minute workout window, rotating through functional resistance, cardio, and core focused workouts


What Equipment Do You Need?  


 Just a set of dumbbells and either a pull up bar or a resistance band with a door attachment. That's it!
